All the legislative, judicial, and executive branches form together to create, maintain, oversee, and uphold these formed and set Constitutional Laws. The branch of legislation which is also termed the Senate and House both proposes and creates new federal laws. After which the President or the branch, conducts a review and approves of them before the government enacts them.
Upon turn the Judicial branch that includes all of the federal courts including the Supreme Court both upholds and applies these laws to various practical situations. Then they establish them for similar cases that happen in the future.

Constitutional Law matters a lot as it actively protects the rights of various individuals. This form of law is also needed in maintaining a whole political system which consists of various balances and checks.
